Exploring Small Towns on USCAN Tour: Leavenworth to Coeur d’Alene on 9-11

The USCAN tour participants left the lovely town of Leavenworth Washington and headed east on highway 2 on Tuesday morning. The day’s drive to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho was 225 miles and took 4-5 hours. Along the way, quaint small towns in Eastern Washington were enjoyed such as the small town of Waterville which provided a break, a park, and classic main street.

  1. You will love the tour. Have done it a few years ago. If you go into Canada east of the Rockies thru west and east Glacier, see the Remington Carriage Museum in Cardston in Alberta. Border crossing is Carway. If you go that way. I have family in BC and Alb. Wave for me. ⁹Been there, done that and it is beautiful.
