We’ll get back to our tour journal with days 11, 12, and the conclusion of the MATC South Dakota Black Hills Tour in the coming days when we have a consistent internet connection. For now, here’s a reprint from an article about our tour from Watertown’s newspaper , the Public Opinion. It’s always nice for folks in the communities we visit to know a little a bit about the club and the cars they see. The article did its duty. Model A fans from around the community stopped by at the Redlin Art Center to see our cars and chat with our group.

Model A Touring Club to bring vintage vehicle tour through Watertown Thursday
Watertown’s Redlin Art Center is one of the stops on the Model A Touring Club’s “Tour across South Dakota.”
On Thursday, Sept. 13, over 20 Model A’s will arrive at the Redlin Art Center at approximately 12 p.m.
These vintage vehicles and their owners have traveled from all over the country to participate in this tour. Four Model A’s traveled to South Dakota by transport from California.
The group met in Rapid City to start their tour and will be driving the Model A’s across the beautiful state of South Dakota with stops at attractions along the way.
The Redlin Art Center is the “Day 10” stop on their 14-day itinerary.
The Model A Touring Club welcomes the public to stop out and see the cars. They will be parked at the Redlin Art Center from approximately 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, September 13th.
