On Monday, we had another beautiful day to drive through the Spanish countryside, but first some of our group visited an underground bodega in Aranda de Duero.
On the road, we found a pretty monastery not too far away.

Once we reached Logrono, which is in the heart of the Rioja wine area, we walked through town and checked out the cathedral.
The last few days we’ve been seeing storks tending their nests, and here are some examples from Logrono. As you can see, they’ve adapted well to life in the Spanish towns.
